Remote online diagnosis and troubleshooting
Technical information
All hardware and software products provided include detailed and complete random technical information, including: product installation manual, product manual, user manual and other information. If the software version upgrade and equipment update change occur after the product is officially put into use, our company will provide users with necessary technical information at any time. Answer the questions encountered by users at any time, and promptly provide suggestions and specific operation methods to solve the problems. Provide guidance and information on products and related technologies to the maximum extent, including providing details of future product development.


Telephone technical support service standards
(1) General problems should be solved at the time;
(2) For problems that cannot be solved immediately, after finding a solution, we will notify the user by phone, WeChat, etc., and the time shall not exceed 30 minutes.
Remote online diagnosis and troubleshooting
When the problem cannot be solved by telephone consultation and email, with the user's authorization, we can remotely log in to the user's system by phone or network to perform free online fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Installation and commissioning
During installation and commissioning, we are responsible for replacing all damaged parts during the installation and commissioning process. After the installation and commissioning are accepted, the customer and the bidder staff shall jointly sign the "Installation Acceptance Qualification Form"

On-site technical service

When the above methods still cannot solve the problem, we provide door-to-door on-site technical service.
Within 3 days after receiving the user's on-site service request, the technician will arrive at the user's site to handle the fault.
In the event of natural disasters, disastrous weather or other force majeure factors, the above response time shall be appropriately postponed.
After the on-site service is completed, the service engineer will fill in the "On-site Service Log" to record the fault phenomenon, solution,
improvement suggestions, etc. in detail; users can make comments and suggestions on service quality and service status, and sign to confirm.
